Athlete Development programs are provided for DEVELOPMENTAL athletes right up to ELITE level. The programs are individually designed, taking into account an athlete’s training location, training history, sports specific needs and injury history. Programs are delivered through an on-line app system to ensure more efficient planning, monitoring, and execution. Nutritional and recovery advice supplements the training program to ensure athletes get the right results.

I worked with Paudie when he was the strength and conditioning coach with the Tipperary senior footballers. I had suffered a number of soft tissue injuries previously so had to be mindful of this when training. I found Paudie extremely helpful with managing my training load both in the gym and on the field. He was extremely professional and tailored my training plans to suit my individual needs. I suffered no injuries while Paudie was S&C and he played a big role in this.
