To be involved in High Performance Coaching and Training from Developmental up to ELITE level & MAKING A DIFFERENCE….

PK Athlete Development & Performance
I am fascinated by sports performance and as a player i always strived to be the best i could be. I provide research based “BEST PRACTICE’ and ‘WORLD CLASS’ coaching, training and consultancy with the aim of maximizing performance. It’s an INTEGRATED APPROACH where I combine my sports science, athlete development and coaching knowledge and experiences with my own personal experiences as an ELITE athlete.

Through my progression as a player / athlete from club juvenile level right up to senior inter-county level I had a support structure in place, be it GAA coaches, trainers, strength & conditioning coaches, sports science personnel, physio’s and sports psychologists. These people had a massive impact on my development, and of whom I learnt a huge amount. It is those experiences that help guide my training approach today.

My PASSION now is in providing the right support for individuals, teams, and coaches so they themselves can “BE THE BEST THEY CAN BE”

Paudie Kissane Athlete Development and Performance Coach

I have over 17 years experience in Athlete Development and Coaching, working with individuals, teams, and coaches of all levels from recreational right up to elite level and from a variety of sports which include Gaelic Football, Hurling, Rugby, Soccer, and Athletics. In recent years i have held performance role’s with the Clare and Cork Senior Gaelic Football teams while in 2017 i trained the Limerick Senior Football team.

I hold Masters in Strength & Conditioning from St Mary’s University, London and an honors degree in Sports Science from Brunel University, London.  I am further certified as a Functional Movement Specialist and GAA Coaching Tutor, and I am in the process of gaining UKSCA accreditation.  I am always keen on improving my knowledge and keeping up to date with current research and ‘best practice’. Alongside my formal education I have attended many conferences and mentorship programs, most notably undergoing Phase 1 & 2 mentorships with the world renowned EXOS (formerly Athletes Performance) company.

I played at the highest level myself for many seasons, having been a member of the Cork Senior Gaelic Football team, playing for my own club Clyda Rovers, while also representing Munster in the Railway Cup. Many honours have been gained with the highlights being the All Ireland win and All Star award in 2010, along with the Premier Intermediate County Football Championship win with my club in 2013.

Through my sports science and athlete development background, as well as my intercounty experiences, I provide athletes and coaches with the coaching and mentoring in what it takes to ‘be the best they can be’.
